SHIPPING TERMS
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All regular orders are processed upon receipt. We try our best to get orders out immediately but please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Processing and shipping time estimates do not account for holidays or non-business days. Shipping costs may increase depending on weight, volume, postal code, and shipping method. Shipping method may be selected at checkout. Packages will be shipped in the order they are received. Remote areas may require additional time for delivery. Please note that shipping times are not related to processing times.
Wholesale Orders
Processing times for wholesale orders take 2-4 weeks, plus 2-5 business days for shipping.
Please note: Paying for Priority Shipping doesn't mean your order will be shipped out the next day. We still need time for processing. Refer back to wholesale lashes for more info.
STANDARD SHIPPING
Standard Shipping rates will vary based on package weight and distance. Rates will be shown during the checkout process prior to payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing unless stated differently on certain product descriptions, and 1-5 business days after processing for delivery (based on distance).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International Shipping rates vary based on package weight and distance. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and 5-20 business days for delivery, depending on your location. Please note there may be potential Customs processing time that may pose a delay in order tracking and delivery. We are not in control of the Customs processing time, and cannot predict the length this process may take. Customs & Import fees may apply to some international orders. These fees fluctuate by country and by order value, and we have no influence or control over them. The customer is responsible for all customs and / or import fees. By law, we cannot lower the invoice value or send the order as a gift.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer at the time the order is placed. If a package is returned to MYLASHXO due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, then the customer will be responsible for the redelivery cost, please note that all original shipping costs are not refundable.
Customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order's billing and shipping address. Always double check your address for any mistakes or missing apartment numbers. Since we process all orders fairly quickly any requests for address changes will not be guaranteed. Undeliverable addresses include: missing PO Box Numbers, incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses or return to sender.
Lastly, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages CONFIRMED TO BE DELIVERED to your address by the USPS. Please contact your local post office to file a claim and open up an investigation as soon as possible.
ORDER TRACKING
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active/update. If you receive your confirmation email after 2 PM PST on a Friday, please allow until the following Monday for tracking to become available.
Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.
Cancellation
Please note we will begin to process your order immediately after you click Submit Order button. Therefore, your order CANNOT BE CANCELLED OR MODIFIED in any way once it has been submitted.
